The present invention relates to a device to discharge cooked rice to manufacture nurungji (crust of overcooked rice). The apparatus discharged cooked rice in a certain amount to manufacture nurungji. According to the present invention, cooked rice to manufacture the nurungji are washed with water and is charged to a hopper； a pressing wing is rotated under the hopper to insert the cooked rice to manufacture the nurungji in a discharging hole while water is sprayed on a shaft for rotation； the cooked rice to manufacture the nurungji is inserted in the discharging hole of a discharging rod by the pressing wing while water is discharged through a discharging opening； and the discharging rod is moved forward by an air cylinder and discharges the cooked rice to manufacture the nurungji inserted in the discharging hole.본 발명은 누룽지를 제조하기 위하여 쌀을 익힌 밥을 일정량씩 배출하여 누룽지를 만들도록 하는 누룽지 제조용 밥의 배출장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 쌀을 익힌 누룽지 제조용 밥을 물로 씻어서 호퍼에 채워주고, 상기 호퍼의 하측에서 다짐날개를 회전시켜 누룽지 제조용 밥을 하측의 배출홀에 채워주게 하되 상기 회전축에는 물이 분사되게 하고, 상기 다짐날개에 의해 누룽지 제조용 밥은 배출로드의 배출홀에 채워지는 한편 물은 배출구멍을 통하여 배출되게 하고, 상기 배출로드는 에어 실린더에 의해 전진하여 배출홀에 채워진 누룽지 제조용 밥을 배출시키도록 함으로써 이루어진다.
