Radiation receiver is designed with the possibility of registration of radiation power spectrum. Between the control module of systems of electromechanical movers and the module of signal processing and visualization there is a synchronization module electrically connected with laser radiation source and white light source. The control module of systems of electromechanical movers is electrically connected to the system of rotation of studied object, and the module of signal processing and visualization is outfitted with software for producing of 3D tomographic images of studied object using radiation power spectrum registered by the radiation receiver.
