PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable edible oil enabling α-linolenic acid in an amount required for one adult person per day to be taken lightheartedly because of comprising the edible oil originated from a plant, having no problem of smell of fish, and having good flavor, facilitating the preservation because of excellent oxidation stability, enabling a required amount of the edible oil to be used up once when the seal is opened, and being comfortably portable anytime and anywhere in dining out or the like, and to provide a portable pouch used therefor.SOLUTION: The portable edible oil is obtained by filling the portable pouch 10 having an aluminum foil layer, with the edible oil containing the α-linolenic acid in an amount required for one adult person per day, wherein the edible oil contains at least one kind selected from oil of Perilla frutescens, Perilla oil and linseed oil. The portable pouch is a pouch having a flat shape rectangular in plane view, wherein its two sides constituting the rectangle are a combination of a side having ≤55 mm length and a side having ≤85 mm length, and the thickness is ≤7 mm when filled with the edible oil.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】植物由来の食用油からなり魚臭の問題がなく風味が良いので、成人一人が1日に必要とする量のα‐リノレン酸を食品として気軽に摂取でき、酸化安定性に優れているので保管が容易で、開封すれば一度に必要量を使い切ることができ、外食の際など何時でも何処でも気軽に持ち歩くことのできる携帯用食用油及びこれに使用する携帯用パウチを提供する。【解決手段】アルミ箔層を有する携帯用パウチ10に成人一人が1日の摂取に必要な量のα‐リノレン酸を含む食用油を充填し、当該食用油は、エゴマ油、シソ油或いはアマニ油のうち少なくとも1種を含有する。また、携帯用パウチは、扁平な形状の平面視矩形のパウチであって、当該矩形を形成する2辺が55mm以下の辺と85mm以下の辺との組み合わせであって、厚みが前記食用油を充填した時に7mm以下となる。【選択図】図1
