CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing medicine packing paper roll(200) comprises a material supply part(110), an opening guide line forming part(210), a cutting part(220), and a medicine packing paper rolling part(100). The material supply part supplies medicine packing paper material. The opening guide line forming part forms opening guide lines(103) on the medicine packing paper material supplied from the material supply part. The cutting part longitudinally cuts the medicine packing paper material to have multiple medicine packing papers(12) having predetermined width. The medicine packing paper rolling part rolls the cut medicine packing papers on each core.
