The present invention relates to a solid fermentation product of Chinese pea tree (Caragana spp.) and vegetable worms, and to a functional cosmetic composition comprising the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a solid fermentation product obtained through solid fermentation of sterilized Chinese pea tree inoculated with vegetable worms, and to an antioxidant functional cosmetic composition for preventing skin aging and promoting skin regeneration. The solid fermentation product of Chinese pea tree and vegetable worms of the present invention is a composition derived from natural products having no cytotoxicity, has excellent antioxidant activity and shows effectiveness in suppressing skin aging and promoting skin regeneration, and may be utilized as a functional cosmetic composition for antioxidant action and anti-aging action, and especially for the purpose of skin regeneration and wrinkle reduction, and thus is extremely useful in the cosmetic industry.본 발명은 골담초(骨擔草, chinese pea tree, Caragana spp.)와 동충하초(冬蟲夏草, vegetable worms)의 고체 발효물 및 이를 포함하는 기능성 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 멸균된 골담초에 동충하초를 접종하여 고체 발효시켜 수득되는 고체 발효물 및 이를 포함하는 항산화, 피부 노화 방지 및 피부 재생 촉진용 기능성 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 골담초와 동충하초 고체 발효물은 세포 독성이 없는 천연물 유래의 조성물로서 항산화, 피부 노화 억제 및 피부 재생 촉진이 우수하여 항산화 작용 및 항노화 작용, 특히, 피부 재생 및 주름 개선용도의 기능성 화장료 조성물로서 적용가능하므로 화장품 산업상 매우 유용한 것이다.
