Disclosed are spiro compounds of formula (I), or stereomers, geometric isomers, tautomers, nitrogen oxides, hydrates, solvates, metabolites, pharmaceutically acceptable salts or prodrugs thereof. The compounds can be used to treat hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection or hepatitis C disease.
