PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope in which a curved portion and a flexible portion of an insertion portion are firmly joined in a separable manner. A piece (20) on the flexible portion side of a bending portion (11) and a connecting ring (29) of the flexible portion (12) are connected to each other by a clip (200) and a pin (201), and the piece (20) has a cut portion extending in an axial direction from an end of the piece (20). A notch 217 is provided, and the clip 200 is detachably attached to the fitted piece 20 and the connecting ring 29, and the piece 20 and the connecting piece 29 are connected to each other with respect to the relative movement of the piece 20 and the connecting ring 29 in the axial direction. The pin 201 is axially engaged with each of the rings 29 and fixed to the connection ring 29. When the pin 20 and the connection ring 29 are fitted to each other, the pin 201 enters the notch 217 and connects the piece 20 and the connection ring 29. With respect to the relative rotation about the axis of and, the pieces 20 and the connection ring 29 are engaged with each other in the rotational direction.
