The present invention relates to an Ecklonia cava extract mixture manufacturing method for properly infusing dieckol and fucoidan, which are effective components of Ecklonia cava, and, more specifically, relates to a method of manufacturing an Ecklonia cava extract mixture by mixing Ecklonia cava with an Ecklonia cava concentrate containing effective components of Ecklonia cava to properly infuse dieckol and fucoidan. The Ecklonia cava extract mixture and an Ecklonia cava extract composite are able to be applied to various food groups, and the mixture and the composite contain dieckol and fucoidan for suppressing the activity of lipase, which is a fat hydrolysis enzyme, and thus, the mixture and the composite are able to help reduce body fat as well as having effects for antioxidation, antiinflammation, anticancer, immunity improvement, and anti-blood cancer, thereby being applied in various ways. Moreover, since even byproducts, which remain after the extraction of Ecklonia cava, are used to manufacture the Ecklonia cava extract mixture, most effective components, which have not been extracted or remained, are able to be used, and thus, a user is able to conveniently take beneficial components of Ecklonia cava.본 발명은 감태의 유효성분인 디에콜과 후코이단이 잘 우러나오기 위한 감태추출혼합물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 감태의 유효성분인 디에콜과 후코이단이 잘 우러나오도록 감태의 유효성분이 함유된 감태농축액과 감태를 혼합하여 감태추출혼합물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명을 통해 제조된 감태추출혼합물과 감태추출복합물은 다양한 식품군 등에 적용시켜서 사용할 수 있으며, 감태의 유효성분인 디에콜(dieckol)과 후코이단(fucoidan)을 함유하고 있기 때문에 지방가수분해효소인 리파아제(lipase)의 활성을 저해시키는 효과가 있어 체지방감소에 도움을 줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 항산화, 항염증, 항암, 면역력증가 및 항 고혈압 등에 효과를 가지고 있어, 다양한 형태로 활용이 가능하다. 또한 감태를 추출하고 남은 부산물까지도 활용하여서 감태추출혼합물을 제조함으로써 유효성분을 함유한 감태추출액으로 추출되지 않거나 남아있는 감태의 유효성분을 대부분 사용할 수 있으므로 감태의 이로운 성분을 용이하게 섭취할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
