PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage device for facial treatment, which has a suction mechanism and a massage function together, is compact with little limitation of a service space, has more improved using sensitivity than a conventional product, and is highly effective.SOLUTION: The massage device for facial treatment includes a suction head provided with a suction port 1 and a suction chamber 9, a plurality of balls 3 provided in a rotatable state on a peripheral edge part 2 configuring the suction port 1, and a suction mechanism for turning the suction chamber 9 to a negative pressure. The suction mechanism is capable of repeating pressure reduction of the suction chamber 9 and opening to the atmospheric pressure in a fixed sequence, and at least one program for controlling the sequence is provided.
