The apparatus for treating excreta according to the present invention comprises: a port (1) with an excreta-receiving portion (71) for receiving the excreta of patients an excreta storage unit (10) which suctions excreta from the excreta-receiving portion (71) via an excreta suctioning line (61) and stores the suctioned excreta an excreta suctioning unit (30) which is connected to the excreta storage unit (10) to vacuum-suction the excreta a wash water supply unit (50) which supplies wash water to the port (1) to wash excreta and a bidet, wherein said port (1) has an air spray nozzle (75) for spraying air to the excreta-receiving portion (71), and an air intake port (74) for suctioning air from the interior of the port (1), and wherein said air intake port (74) is connected to an air intake line (65) and a flow channel switching unit (20), one side of which is selectively connected either to the excreta suctioning line (61) or to the air intake line (65) which are connected through the excreta storage unit (10), and the other side of which is connected to the excreta suctioning unit (30).
