PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular treatment implement-indwelling apparatus which reduces time and effort for exchanging a catheter, eliminates the need for independently preparing a balloon catheter, and does not deteriorate smoothness of the outer surface of the apparatus.SOLUTION: The tubular treatment implement indwelling apparatus 1 is used to indwell at an affected area a stent graft SG expandable in the diameter direction. The tubular treatment implement-indwelling apparatus 1 comprises a tubular first sheath 10, a tubular second sheath 20 formed to be movable within the first sheath 10 in the axial direction of the first sheath, a rod member 30 formed to be movable within the second sheath 20 in the axial direction of the second sheath 20, and a balloon 40 arranged on the second sheath 20.
