PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid injection method in which an excision force and an excision speed can be independently adjusted.SOLUTION: There is provided a fluid injection method related to a fluid injection device 1 comprising: a pulsation generating part 20 configured to inject fluid in a pulsed way from a fluid injection opening 96 by changing the volume of a pressure chamber 80 with a piezoelectric element 30 and a diaphragm 40 and a pump 10 which supplies fluid to the pulsation generating part 20. In the method, a supply flow rate supplied from the pump 10, and the frequency of a volumetric change in the pressure chamber 80 (equivalent to the drive frequency of the piezoelectric element 30) are proportionally changed.
