PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a fluid injection method capable of independently adjusting excision force and an excision speed.SOLUTION: A fluid injection method related to a fluid injection device 1 comprises: a pulsating-flow generation section 20 changing a volume of a pressure chamber 80 by a piezoelectric element 30 and a diaphragm 40 and injecting fluid in a pulsed manner from a fluid injection opening portion 96 and a pump 10 supplying the fluid to the pulsating-flow generation section 20. A fluid supply flow rate supplied from the pump 10 and a frequency of a volumetric change of the pressure chamber 80 (equivalent to a drive frequency of the piezoelectric element 30) are changed in a proportional relationship. A volumetric change amount (excluded volume) of the pressure chamber 80 changes excision force, and a product of the excluded volume and the drive frequency change an excision speed.
