PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bio stimulation device for effectively eliminating cellulite.SOLUTION: In the bio stimulation device, a suction cup 1 sucks a live body by adhering tightly to a biological surface. An electric stimulation pole 14 is fixed on the suction cup 1 and a permanent magnet 15 is rotatably set as a magnet stimulation means. Therefore, low-frequency and high frequency electric stimulations including iontophoresis from the electric stimulation pole 14 and a magnet stimulation from the permanent magnet 15 provide an impetus on a skin of the live body and its subcutis to improve basal metabolism of the stimulation site by muscle motion and circulation promotion.
