The present invention relates to a biomedical pulse electric stimulation and pulse magnetic field stimulation patch system, which comprises: a pulse magnetic field stimulus system in which electrodes (negative pole, positive pole) for pulse electric stimulation on the skin contact side of a system body and stimulation (N-pole, S-pole) for pulse magnetic field electrode are formed to apply electrical stimulation by applying pulse having modulated frequency, pulse width, and voltage amplitude generated from the system to electrodes so as to provide electric stimulation or to generate pulse magnetic field through stimulation through an electromagnetic field generator circuit and a double-sided adhesive sheet comprising an adhesive which is easily detachably attached to both sides of a stretchable member, wherein the pulse electromagnetic field stimulation system is attached to one side of the skin, and the other side is brought into contact with the skin to deliver pulsed electrical stimulation and pulse magnetic stimulation.
