A puncture is made at the edge of the skin wound at the most lateral point 0.3-0.5 mm deep from the skin surface at the level of the superior papillary dermis, which is represented by loose fibrous connective tissue. The edges of the skin are removed without grasping with forceps with a microsurgical, serrated hook. In the dermis of the upper edge of the skin with an indent of 3 mm from the corner of the wound at a distance of 0.3-0.5 mm from the surface, a needle is injected at a depth of 0.3-0.5 mm. The needle and thread travel parallel to the edge of the cut with a puncture through 4 mm. After this, an injection is made into the dermis of the opposite side of the skin wound, returning 1 mm back to the beginning of the skin suture. The needle travel should also be parallel to the edge of the cut. The depth of the trajectory is 0.3-0.5 mm. A puncture is also made after 4 mm at a distance of 0.5 mm from the skin surface and the next injection is at the upper edge of the wound 2 mm from the previous puncture.
