Производят лапароскопическую резекцию почки с опухолью со вскрытием полостной системы. Накладывают непрерывный шов с шагом 7-9 мм снаружи внутрь через фиброзную капсулу почки, всю толщу паренхимы, с выколом иглы в ложе раны. Нить проводят с захватом ипсилатеральной и контрлатеральной стенок вскрытой полостной систем. На дистальном конце рассасывающейся нити под узлом предварительно фиксируют резорбируемую клипсу. Первый вкол осуществляют на расстоянии 5 мм от угла раны и 5-7 мм от края раны. Нить протягивают до соприкосновения наложенной клипсы с фиброзной капсулой почки. Осуществляют тракцию нити.
