The device (1) according to the invention comprises at least one in-ear atrium (21, 22) having a pressure sensor and a vibrator, able to be placed in the ear canal of a person, and a station (3) to which the in-ear atrium is connected. The device comprises means distributed between the atrium and the station to obtain a respiratory rhythm signal from a blood pressure signal delivered by the pressure sensor, to detect sleep apnea from the respiratory rhythm signal and to activate the buzzer when an apnea is detected. Le dispositif (1) selon l'invention comprend au moins une oreillette intra-auriculaire (21, 22) ayant un capteur de pression et un vibreur, apte à être placée dans le canal auriculaire d'une personne, et une station (3) à laquelle l'oreillette intra-auriculaire est reliée. Le dispositif comprend des moyens répartis entre l'oreillette et la station pour obtenir un signal de rythme respiratoire à partir d'un signal de pression sanguine délivré par le capteur de pression, détecter une apnée du sommeil à partir du signal de rythme respiratoire et activer le vibreur lorsqu'une apnée est détectée.
