PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine collecting set for pets which facilitates a collection of urine without contamination and reduces labor for cleaning, and a urine collecting method for pets.SOLUTION: A urine collecting set for pets is constituted of a toilet body, a urine-permeable partitioning layer 3 which sections the inside of the toilet body into an upper layer part A and a lower layer part B, and a litter for pets having a tray (a urine receiving part) 4 for receiving urine in the lower layer part. The urine collecting set for pets further includes a sheet-like non-water absorption member 7. The non-water absorption member is arranged in the tray to face the partitioning layer in using the urine collecting set for pets.
