PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pet urine collecting set and a pet urine collecting method capable of easily collecting urine without contaminating urine and reducing cleaning work. A pet urine collection set includes a toilet main body and a urine-permeable partition layer 3 that divides the inside of the toilet main body into an upper layer portion A and a lower layer portion B, and the lower layer portion B receives urine. It is configured to include a pet toilet having a tray (urine receiving portion) 4. The pet urine collection set further includes a sheet-shaped non-water-absorbing member 7. The non-water-absorbent member 7 is arranged in the tray 4 so as to face the partition layer 3 when the pet urine collection set is used. Further, the pet urine collection method is a method using a pet urine collection set, in which urine excreted from the pet and dropped on the non-water-absorbent member 7 is sucked and collected in a sealable container.
