The present invention relates to a complex composition having enhanced efficacy and safety for treating or alleviating dysmenorrhea. More particularly, the present invention relates to a complex composition for treating or alleviating dysmenorrhea, wherein the composition uses aceclofenac or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as a main ingredient, and is additionally combined with scopolamine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof such that a dose of aceclofenac or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is reduced in order to exhibit, in a small dose, efficacy for pain which is equal to or better than the efficacy provided by a dose of a typical prescription drug with minimal side effects.La présente invention concerne une composition complexe offrant une efficacité et une sécurité demploi améliorées, destinée au traitement ou soulagement de la dysménorrhée. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne une composition complexe permettant de traiter ou de soulager la dysménorrhée, la composition utilisant de lacéclofénac ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci en tant quingrédient principal, associé en outre avec de la scopolamine ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci, de telle sorte quune dose dacéclofénac ou dun sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci soit réduite de manière à apporter, à faible dose, une efficacité contre la douleur qui soit égale ou meilleure que lefficacité apportée par une dose dun médicament sur ordonnance typique, avec le moins deffets indésirables possible.본 발명은 안전성 및 효능이 증가된 월경통 완화 또는 치료용 복합제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 아세클로페낙 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염을 주성분으로 하고, 스코폴라민 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염을 추가로 배합함으로써 아세클로페낙 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염의 용량을 줄여 부작용은 최소화하면서 적은 용량으로도 종래 전문의약품의 용량이 제공하는 효능에 비해 동등 이상의 진통 효능을 나타내는 월경통 완화 또는 치료용 복합제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
