<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the usability of an electric wheelchair by full-automatically and smoothly executing the reclining motion, the stand-up motion, and the telescopic motion of a backrest part. <；P>；SOLUTION: The electric wheelchair has a seat part 12, the backrest part 13 and a stand-up/reclining mechanism 16. The front end of the seat part 12 is tiltably connected to the front of a main frame 2, and the lower end of a seat back frame 31 constituting the backrest part 13 is tiltably connected to the rear end of the seat part 12. The seat back frame 31 has a slidable slide frame 32 to abut to the back of a user. The stand-up/reclining mechanism 16 comprises a seat controller 64 capable of independently controlling a reclining actuator 61, a slide actuator 62 and a stand-up actuator 63, and a control switch 65 to command the seat controller 64 to perform the tilting operation of the seat part 12 and the backrest part 13 and to perform the sliding operation of the slide frame 32. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
