PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined container-syringe which can further improve safety after chemical administration, and facilitating the chemical administration.SOLUTION: The combined container-syringe 1 includes: a syringe body 10 wherein a tube head with an injection needle 13 is mounted on the front end side of an outer tube 11, and a finger grip 14 is mounted on the rear end side of the outer tube 11 a safety device 20 which is slidably mounted on the outer peripheral side of the outer tube 11, and covers the injection needle 13 when moving forward a coil spring 25 which is provided on the rear end side of the safety device 20, and biases the safety device 20 forward and a holding means 30 which keeps the safety device 20 anchored in a retracted position.
