PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body condition estimation system and a body condition estimation method for measuring a pulse rate in sleeping, and estimating a user's body condition at a wake-up time and its cause from a difference between the pulse rate and a pulse rate threshold, and its transition.SOLUTION: A body condition estimation system 100 includes a pulse wave information acquisition part 110 for acquiring a user's pulse wave information, a body motion information acquisition part 120 for acquiring body motion information, a pulse rate calculation part 130 for calculating pulse rate information and a base pulse rate, and a body condition estimation part 140.
