PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper, even when being pressed by body pressure or the like, being less prone to get clothes dirty or wet by preventing liquid in an outer-layer nonwoven fabric from easily permeating to a diaper outer surface.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper 10 includes a liquid permeable surface sheet 20, a leakage prevention sheet 30, and an absorber 40 disposed between both sheets. The leakage prevention sheet 30 has an air-permeable film 3 having poor liquid permeability and air permeability, and an outer-layer nonwoven fabric 1 that covers the outer surface side of the air-permeable film 3. The outer-layer nonwoven fabric 1 has hydrophilic gradient in the thickness direction. When, at a same position in the plane direction of the outer layer nonwoven fabric 1, a surface located on the outer surface side of the diaper is P1, a surface located at the inner surface side of the diaper is P4, and two intermediate points located therebetween are P2 and P3 in order of being close to P1, contact angles of water to fibers taken out from respective sites P1-P4 sequentially increase in this order from P4 to P1.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】体圧等により加圧された場合においても、外層不織布内の液がおむつ外表面に染み出しにくく、衣類を汚したり湿らしたりしにくい使い捨ておむつを提供すること。【解決手段】液透過性の表面シート20、防漏シート30及びこれら両シート間に配置された吸収体40を備えた使い捨ておむつ10であって、前記防漏シート30は、液難透過性で且つ通気性を有する通気性フィルム3と、該通気性フィルム3の外面側を被覆する外層不織布1とを有しており、外層不織布1は、厚み方向に親水性勾配を有しており、外層不織布1の平面方向の同じ位置における、おむつの外面側に位置する表面をP1、おむつの内面側に位置する表面をP4、それらの間に位置する2つの中間点をP1に近い側から順にP2,P3としたときに、各部位P1~P4から取り出した繊維に対する水の接触角が、P4からP1に向かってこの順に増加している。【選択図】図3
