PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage containing crude drug components (especially Chinese gutta percha leaf and Panax ginseng) with masking unique flavors (especially earthiness) obtained by the crude drug components, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There are provided a liquid composition obtained by filtering simultaneous extract-containing liquid of Chinese gutta percha leaf and Panax ginseng at pH of 4 or less by diatomite and a filter, a liquid composition further containing collagen or a hydrolysate thereof and citric acid, and a manufacturing method of the liquid composition.
