An automatic laver collecting device according to the present invention comprises a frame (110) and a rotating body (130) mounted on an upper portion of the frame (110). A plurality of protrusion guiders (150) are fixed on both sides of an outer circumference of an inside of the rotating body (130). A net mounting part (140) is installed on a lower portion of the protrusion guiders (150), and comprises a plurality of protrusions (141). Both sides of the net mounting part (140) are exposed to the outside through a through hole (132a) drilled on both side plates of the rotating body (130) to be fixed on an arc-shaped member (146). The arc-shaped member (146) is driven downwards by an arc-shaped member drive unit (160) fixed on one side of the frame (110). At the same time, the net mounting part (140) is moved downwards to move the protrusions (141) downwards. When collecting laver, the protrusions automatically protrude to facilitate laver collection. And when a certain amount of the laver is collected, the protrusions automatically move downwards to prevent the rotating body from winding the laver to lessen a burden on workers and minimize damage to the laver.본 발명은 프레임(110)과, 상기 프레임(110)의 상부에 장착되는 회전체(130)롤 이루어지는 김발 자동견인장치에 있어서, 상기 회전체(130)의 내측 외주연에 양측에 고정되어 형성되는 다수개의 돌기가이더(150)와, 상기 돌기가이더(150)의 하부에 설치되며 다수개의 돌기(141)를 구비하는 망걸이대(140)와, 상기 망걸이대(140)의 양측은 회전체(130)의 양측판에 천공된 통공(132a)를 통해 외측으로 노출되어 호형부재(146)에 고정되도록 하되, 상기 호형부재(146)는 프레임(110)의 일측에 고정된 형성된 호형부재 구동부(160)에 의해 호형부재(146)가 하강구동되도록 하고, 동시에 망걸이대(140)도 하강되도록 함으로써 다수개의 돌기(141)를 하강시킬 수 있도록 구성되는 김발 자동견인장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 김발을 견인할 때는 돌기가 스스로 돌출되어 김발의 견인을 쉽게 하고, 또 김발이 어느 정도 견인되면 돌기가 스스로 하강하여 회전체가 김발을 감고 회전하는 것을 방지하도록 함으로써 작업자들의 수고를 덜어주고, 훼손되는 김을 최소화할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
