Substituované indoly vzorce (I), ve kterém mají jednotlivé substituenty specificky definované významy, jakož i farmaceutické kompozice, které tento indol obsahují jako účinnou látku, použití uvedeného indolu pro přípravu léčiva určeného pro profylaxi a léčení poruch, v průběhu kterých dochází ke zvýšené aktivitě NF.kapa.B, jakož i způsob přípravy tohoto léčiva.The present invention relates substituted indoles of the general formula (I), in which the individual substituents have specifically defined meanings, as well as to pharmaceutical compositions in which the indole is comprised as an active substance, further to the use of the said indole for the production of a medicament intended for the prophylaxis and treatment of disease states, the course of which involves increased NF{kappa}B activity. The invention also relates to the process for preparing of the said medicament.
