The invention relates to a hardenable two part acrylic composition, a polymercomponent of the two part hardenablecomposition and a method of producing a polymer component of the two partcomposition. The hardenable two part acryliccomposition comprises an acrylic polymer composition first part and an acrylicmonomer composition second part. The acrylicpolymer composition first part comprises a first type of acrylic polymerparticles characterized in that each first type of acrylicpolymer particle is formed of a network of coalesced emulsion polymerizedacrylic microparticlesor is microporous. The acrylicpolymer composition may comprise emulsion polymerised acrylic polymerparticles of particle size between 10 and 2000nm.Theinvention also extends to the use of acrylic polymer particles formed of anetwork of coalesced emulsion polymerized acrylicmicroparticles as a dough time reduction agent in a hardenable two partacrylic composition.
