PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which efficiently exhibits an improvement effect of absorption performance by a hemagglutination agent, and excellent in absorption speed and absorption amount of menstrual blood.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 for absorbing menstrual blood comprises: a liquid permeable surface sheet 2； a liquid impermeable rear surface sheet 3； and an absorber 4 arranged between both sheets, and comprises a vertical direction X along a cross direction of a wearer and a lateral direction Y orthogonal to the vertical direction. The absorber 4 has flocculant arrangement parts 9 on which, a hemagglutination agent is arranged, on portions other than an excretion spot part P in plan view of the absorbent article.
