The present invention relates to an apparatus for drying squid, which brings reduction in time and workforce required for drying squid and also ensures an improved structure allowing a user to easily clean and maintain the drying apparatus. According to the present invention, the apparatus for drying squid comprises: a first frame； a second frame which is separated from the first frame in one direction； and a drying bar which is longitudinally formed on one direction, of which one end portion is detachably coupled to the first frame while the other end portion is detachably coupled to the second frame, and to which the squid is hung.본 발명은 오징어를 건조하는데 소요되는 노동력 및 시간을 절감할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 건조장치를 용이하게 세척 및 정비할 수 있도록 구조가 개선된 오징어 건조장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 오징어 건조장치는 제1프레임과, 상기 제1프레임과 일방향으로 이격되는 제2프레임과, 상기 일방향으로 길게 형성되며, 일단부는 상기 제1프레임에 착탈 가능하게 결합되고, 타단부는 상기 제2프레임에 착탈 가능하게 결합되며, 오징어가 널려지는 건조용 바를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
