The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing anti-pollution emulsion and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, an object of the present invention is to obtain a cosmetic composition containing the final anti-pollution emulsion through a step of preparing a continuous phase by rapidly mixing 0.5 to 70% by weight of anti-pollution emulsion in 0.5 to 99.5% by weight of each high oil absorbing powder, such as white pigment, colorant pigment, pearl pigment, and body pigment used in cosmetics； a step of containing the anti-pollution emulsion in the powder at a high temperature of 100°C for 0.5 to 24 hours； and a step of pulverizing and classifying the powder in 20 to 100 meshes. The above-described present invention contains anti-pollution emulsion in powder having excellent oil absorption, thereby maintaining excellent efficacy of the original ingredient, and at the same time, improving the skin condition by increasing the adhesion to the skin, in particular, improving the skin moisturizing power.본 발명은 안티폴루션 유화물이 담지된 화장료 조성물 및 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 화장품에 사용되는 백색안료, 색제안료, 펄안료, 체질안료 등 각각의 고흡유 분체 중량 0.5 내지 99.5 중량%에 0.5 내지 70 중량%의 안티폴루션 유화물을 고속 혼합하여 연속상을 만드는 단계； 0.5 내지 24시간 100℃ 이상의 고온에서 안티폴루션 유화물이 분체에 담지되는 단계； 및 분쇄처리와 20 내지 100 메쉬의 분급처리하는 단계；를 통하여 최종 안티폴루션 유화물이 담지된 화장료 조성물을 얻는데 그 목적이 있다. 상술한 본 발명은 흡유력이 우수한 분체에 안티폴루션 유화물을 담지함으로써 본래 성분의 우수한 효능을 유지함과 동시에, 피부 밀착력을 높여 피부상태의 개선, 특히나 피부 보습력을 향상시킨다.
