This invention is a fluorescent power lamp with diffusion plate for agricultural application, which comprises a light box a light source section a tray, which is arranged in the light box and mounted to an inner wall, the tray being provided with multiple concave receiving pockets corresponding to the light source section, florescent powder being freely filled into each receiving pocket and a diffusion plate, which is arranged in the light box. The diffusion plate is provided, on a side thereof corresponding to the tray, with a plurality of arc concave strips arranged parallel to each other. Each concave strip is formed by multiple concave grooves arranged parallel and connected to each other. The light source section irradiates the tray with light, allowing the light to transmit through the florescent powder and the receiving pockets having no florescent powder to irradiate the diffusion plate. Different wave lengths of light are generated with light transmitting through florescent powder of different ratios.
