PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wearable equipment capable of accurately notifying a user of information measured during exercises and also suppressing power consumption on the basis of a motion state of the user.SOLUTION: Wearable equipment includes: a biological information detection section 16 for detecting biological information related to a user； a body motion detection section 10 for detecting a body motion signal related to motion of the user； a processing section 50 for generating notification information on the basis of at least one piece of information of the biological information and the body motion signal； and a notification section (display section 20) for notifying the user of the notification information.
