The present invention relates to a dental prosthetic structure for implant, comprising a tubular interface part (2) with an axial through passage for the passage of a fixing screw (1) a tubular-shaped prosthetic element (5) coupled to the interface part (2) with an axial through passage for the passage of the fixing screw (1) and a securing element (7) for securing the prosthetic element (5) to the interface part (2), with an axial through passage for the passage of the fixing screw (1), and being introduced in the axial through passage of the interface part (2) and in the axial through passage (6) of the prosthetic element (5) for securing these two parts (2, 5), such that the axial through passages of the three parts (2, 5, 7) are aligned forming a passage for the fixing screw (1).
