Dental orthopedic construction for the implant, intended to be fixed in the dental implant body or in the analogue by fixing screw, comprises interface part, prosthetic element and fastener. Interface part is intended for placement on the dental implant or analog body and has tubular shape with through axial passageway for the said fixing screw passage. By its lower end the prosthetic element is connected to the interface part and has tubular shape with through axial passage aligned with the interface part through axial passage for the fixing screw passage. Fastener consists of a fastening element configured to be inserted into the interface part through axial passage and into the prosthetic element through axial passage for the prosthetic element attachment to the interface part. Fastening element comprises through axial passageway for the fixing screw passage.
