PURPOSE: A massage ball for promoting blood circulation and a fatigue recovery massage module are provided to improve a massage effect. CONSTITUTION: A massage ball for promoting blood circulation comprises a body, a power supply unit, a heating source(210), and a power transfer unit. The body is equipped with a contact surface which contacts the body of a user, and a first surface which is opposite to the contact surface. The power supply unit is mounted in the first side of the body. The heating source is fixed to the contact surface of the body and generates heat by being provided with power source. The power transfer unit is connected to the power supply unit. The power transfer unit comprises a brush supported by a spring.
