The present invention relates to a very stable oil-in-water (oil-in-water) emulsion of the nano-scale system, specifically, the amphiphilic block copolymer poly (ethylene oxide) - block-poly (lactone ε- caprolactone) [PEO- b (PCL) and a lecithin for providing a mechanically strong thin film at an oil-water interface to produce a skin-friendly, transdermal delivery effect and an artificial nano-scale oil-in-water association emulsion prepared by a phase transfer method .본 발명은 매우 안정된 나노스케일의 수중유(oil-in-water) 에멀젼계에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 양친매성 블록 공중합체인 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드)-블록-폴리(ε-카프로락톤) [PEO-b-PCL]과 유수 계면에서 기계적으로 강한 박막을 제공하기 위한 레시틴(lecithin)을 공동조립하여 상 전이 방법으로 제조한 피부 친화적이고 경피 전달 효과가 우수한 인력적 나노스케일의 수중유 회합형 에멀젼에 관한 것이다.
