PURPOSE: A plant cultivation apparatus is provided to smoothly drain water and flow air for providing the optimum condition for the cultivation of plants. CONSTITUTION: A main body is formed into a spherical or non-spherical body. A permeable draining device is installed on the main body, and is formed of through-holes for draining water or flowing air. The permeable draining device includes a reinforcing unit (30) for securing rigidity. The permeable draining device includes a body which is composed of divided members (10A,10B) combined to each other.
