The present invention relates to a plant cultivating apparatus. According to one aspect of the present invention, the plant cultivating apparatus comprises: a body unit having a cultivation space formed therein, and having an intake port and an exhaust port formed at one side thereof； a cultivation bed unit disposed at a lower side of the cultivation space； a light source unit disposed at an upper side of the cultivation bed unit, and irradiating light； and an air circulation unit for allowing external air introduced into the intake port to flow toward the exhaust port.
