Provided is a drug the active ingredient of which is a compound having antagonistic activity against EP4 receptor in the prevention and/or treatment of disease attributed to activation of EP4 receptor. The compound represented by general formula (I) (where all symbols in the formula are the same as the symbols defined in the specification) and a salt, N-oxide, and solvate of such compound, as well as prodrugs of the foregoing, are useful as a drug ingredient having antagonistic activity against EP4 receptor in the prevention and/or treatment of disease attributed to activation of EP4 receptor.La presente invención se refiere a un agente medicinal para la prevención y/o tratamiento de enfermedades causadas por la activación del receptor EP4.
