PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a film-shaped formed body that retains the original characteristics of a polyanionic polysaccharide that is the raw material as well as it is hardly moved (hardly slips) from the location where it is placed, in a simple manner.SOLUTION: Provided is a process for producing a film-shaped formed body, including: a step of enclosing a laminate 10 having a plurality of film-shaped raw material formed bodies 2a,2b made of a water-soluble salt of a polyanionic polysaccharide laminated in the thickness direction, and a treatment liquid 15 containing an acid anhydride in a bag-shaped container 20; and a step of, while compressing the laminate 10 within the bag-shaped container 20 in the lamination direction, subjecting the two raw material formed bodies 2a,2b located in the bottom layer and the top layer of the laminate 10 to water insolubilization treatment while maintaining their shapes, to yield two film-shaped formed bodies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】原料であるポリアニオン性多糖類本来の特性が保持されているとともに、配置した箇所から移動しにくい(ずれにくい)膜状成形体の簡便な製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ポリアニオン性多糖類の水溶性塩からなる複数の膜状の原料成形体2a,2bを厚さ方向に積層した積層体10、及び酸無水物を含有する処理液15を袋状容器20に封入する工程と、袋状容器20内の積層体10を積層方向に加圧しながら、積層体10の最下層及び最上層に位置する2つの原料成形体2a,2bを、それらの形状を維持したまま水不溶化処理して2つの膜状成形体を得る工程と、を有する膜状成形体の製造方法である。【選択図】図2
