An exercise evaluating apparatus including: a processor； and a recording medium which records a program executed by the processor to perform processing, wherein, the processor is configured to perform: generating a combined image from a plurality of images successively imaging a moving subject, the combined image being an image in which a change in motion of the subject according to a time series can be understood； obtaining motion data corresponding to motion of the subject output from a motion sensor attached to the subject； and controlling the display to display the combined image and the motion data in a state corresponding a time series of the plurality of images used in generating the combined image with a time series of the obtained motion data.
