Device contains case, made in form of reservoir. Case is made telescopic with pneumatic drive and possibility of position fixation. Case pneumatic drive is connected with first redactor, located at the output of compressed air source, by means of air ducts. Sensor of case lift height, connected with control and memory units, is located on case. Inside case ring-shaped pneumatic chamber, connected with case upper edge and made from elastic material, is located inside case. Chamber cavity is connected to second redactor, connected with compressed air source and electrically connected with control unit, via rotameter. In chamber cavity placed is sensor of pressure, connected with memory unit via unit of information processing. Rotameter is connected with memory unit via unit of information processing. Outlet valves, connected with control unit, are made in walls of ring-shaped pneumatic chamber.
