PURPOSE: A lacquer toxicity removal system is provided to remove lacquer toxicity by generating high voltage while stably controlling the applied electric current.CONSTITUTION: A lacquer toxicity removal system comprises: a power supply part to supply positive supply a voltage boosting part which outputs boosted power after rectifying an electrolytic cell(30) which electrolyzes water using the outputted boosted power, and removes urushiol from a lacquer tree which is placed in water by decomposing through ionizing minerals contained in the water and a controller which controls the operation of the power supply part, the voltage boosting part, and the electrolytic cell.
