PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion of fine particles compounded with a pharmaceutical component and a composition for oral cavity capable of ensuring the penetration to the minute part in the oral cavity, the retention after rinsing the mouth, the retention of a water-soluble pharmaceutical component compound in the oral cavity and the dispersion and stability in the preparation in the case of applying the dispersion, etc., to the oral cavity.SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion of fine particles compounded with a pharmaceutical component is produced by adsorbing a water-soluble pharmaceutical component compound having an anionic functional group and a molecular weight of &ge30 and &le1,000 to calcium carbonate fine particles having a volume average particle diameter of 1 nm to 1 &mum in an aqueous medium at a (water-soluble pharmaceutical component compound)/(calcium carbonate) mass ratio of 1:9 to 9:1. The composition for oral cavity is produced by using the aqueous dispersion of fine particles compounded with a pharmaceutical component as a component.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】口腔への適用に際し、口腔内細部への浸入性、口すすぎ後の滞留性、口腔内における水溶性薬効成分化合物の滞留性、製剤中での分散・安定性を確保することのできる薬効成分複合化微粒子水分散液および口腔用組成物を提供する。【解決手段】アニオン性官能基を有する分子量30以上1000以下の水溶性薬効成分化合物を、水媒体中で、体積平均粒径1nm~1μm以下の炭酸カルシウムの微粒子に、水溶性薬効成分化合物:炭酸カルシウム=1:9~9:1の質量比で吸着させることにより薬効成分複合化微粒子水分散液を得る。また、この薬効成分複合化微粒子水分散液を含有させて口腔用組成物を得る。【選択図】 図1
