PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored radiation sensitive composition forming a colored cured film excellent in fastness and heat resistance even when using a dye as a coloring agent, good in linearity of a formed colored pattern and suppressing generation of residue.SOLUTION: There is provided a colored radiation sensitive composition containing (A) a trimer or a polymer which is coloring agent polymer, (B) an alkali soluble resin containing at least one kind of repeating unit selected from a group consisting of a repeating unit represented by a specific formula, (C) a polymerizable compound and (D) a photoinitiator, the (A) coloring agent polymer has a polymerizable group and polymerizable group amount of the (A) coloring agent polymer is 0.1 to 2.0 mmol based on 1 g of the (A) coloring agent polymer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
