PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe a constant tomographic image even if an eye to be examined moves during measurement without being affected by the movement.SOLUTION: An ophthalmological photographing device for acquiring a tomographic image of an eye to be examined comprises: tomographic image acquisition means for acquiring a tomographic image of the eye to be examined using an OCT optical system; front image acquisition means for acquiring a front image of the eye to be examined; and display control means for displaying the tomographic image acquired by the tomographic image acquisition and the front image acquired by the front image acquisition means on a display as a moving image, and moving a measurement line electronically displayed on the front image according to the operation of an examiner to set an acquisition position for the tomographic image in the eye to be examined. The ophthalmological photographing device is provided with positional deviation detection means for detecting a positional deviation of the eye to be examined, and correction means for correcting the acquisition position for the tomographic image and the position of the measurement line in the front image on the basis of the detected positional deviation.
