The invention concerns a support device (8) for use in connection with a dental care unit (1), said support device (8) comprising a first end (14a), by which the support device (8) is connected to the dental care unit (1) or to a structure attached to the dental care unit, and a second end (14b), which is arranged to support a utensil (7), such as a console, a tray or a corresponding other accessory.
