The present invention relates to chemistry, pharmaceutics, and in particular to the production of formulations from derivatives of phenol compounds or polyphenol compounds and from derivatives of phenol compounds or polyphenol compounds combined with tricyclic systems of the type having benzodiazepines fused to derivatives of 1,4-dihydropyridines with action on the central nervous and vascular systems. These pharmaceutical compositions exhibit action that modulates the calcium channels and is GABAergic, antiglutamatergic, mitoprotective, antioxidant, antiinflammatory and antiapoptotic, said compositions being able to be used in the treatment of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, neurodegenerative, neuropsychiatric and neurological disorders.La presente invencion se relaciona con la Quimica, la Farmaceutica y en particular con la obtencion de formulaciones a partir de derivados de compuestos fenolicos o polifenolicos y a partir de derivados de compuestos fenolicos o polifenolicos combinados con sistemas triciclicos del tipo benzodiazepinas fusionadas a derivados de 1,4-dihidropiridinas con accion sobre el Sistema Nervioso Central y Vascular； estas composiciones farmaceuticas presentan accion GABAergica, antiglutamatergica, moduladora de los canales de calcio, mitoprotectora, antioxidante, antiinflamatoria, y antiapoptotica, utilizables en el tratamiento de las enfermedades cardiovasculares, cerebrovasculares, neurodegenerativas, neuropsiquiatricas y neurologicas.
